These people im talking to have no idea what im even talking about, with Magic the Gathering DLC not working. This is the same issue that happen in EUROPE last week, and now its happening here!!

Sony doesnt know how to provide good service anymore. They know how to take your money for things you buy, but fail at providing the items purchased.

When i called Sony Customer Service about this issue the moment the store update went live, they had no idea what i was talking about, and refused to even look into the issue or even call Stainless Steal to see if there was a problem.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Yep, I agree! I’ve only callled once, and wished I hadn’t :
Back in June, I was still new to the PS3, and I had played my free copy of Infamous (thanks to the Welcome Back, thanks to the blackout right after I got a PS3) several times. Then it wouldn’t work. I’d get into the game and Cole wouldn’t move, just stand there, no matter what I pushed.
So I called customer service. The rep sounded like she had never seen a PS3, was just reading scripts off a computer screen. After thinking about it or researching for 5 minutes, the solution she gave ? Delete the game, and re-download it. So I did that, and it was a long slow download. Then it still wouldn’t work. Very frustrating!
A couple days later when I went back to my first controller, it worked again! Who would have thought it matters what number is assigned to the controller. A checklist of simple questions for things that might not be obvious to new owners would have saved time and frustration, and given a positive outlook on the customer service staff, instead of them looking as lost as me.
